HAAS TM-1P

The HAAS TM-1P/Hybrid Manufacturing Technologies (“Hybrid” or “HMT”) ignited what is now known as the “hybrid manufacturing” industry by pioneering the first commercial hybrid systems combining additive manufacturing (specifically directed energy deposition or DED) with mainstream CNC machines.  This allows for metal additive manufacturing and subtractive machining to be completed all in one machine accurately and efficiently.  The AMBIT system allows for the mixture of two separate non-reactive powders to be combined at any specified concentration.
