LPKF ProtoMat S104 PCB Milling Machine

The LPKF ProtoMat S104 PCB Milling Machine is a fully automated PCB milling machine that specializes in RF and microwave applications.

Capabilities/Specifications

  • Trace Spacing and Width: 0.1mm (4 mil) for analog/digital designs, 0.15mm (6 mil) for RF designs
  • Drill Hold Diameter: 0.2mm (8 mil) minimum
  • Copper Thickness: 2 oz (70 micron) maximum
  • Material Size and Layout Area: 9” x 12” material maximum
  • PCB Material: fiberglass, PTFE, Teflon, LTCC and ceramic
